Press Release - Second Closing Ver Capital Credit Partners Italia V

On December 12th 2016 Ver Capital's Board of Directors approved the second closing of Ver Capital Credit Partners Italy V fund (VCCPI V), dedicated to the Italian private debt market and backed by important institutional investors such as the “Fondo Italiano d’investimento”. Currently Ver Capital has collected € 70 mn, with the fund raising expected to continue in the next months. The third closing is expected during the first quarter of 2017. VCCPI V makes investments in senior debt issued by mid-large-cap Italian companies. General purpose is building a well-diversified portfolio able to generate constant cash flows in order to be aligned with dividend distribution policy of the other credit funds managed by Ver Capital.
