INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This statement is made in accordance with the current privacy law, and is intended for all subject who interact with the internet site of the company Ver Capital Sgr SPA (here in after, also company and/or Ver capital) accessible at www.vercapital.com. The information is made only for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained on the site itself. This statement is also inspired by recommendation 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, joined in the Working Group "article 29", have adopted on 17.05.2001 in order to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal online data. 2. Types of data processed

The personal data collected and processed by Ver Capital company are: I) Data provided directly by users when formulating requests for information and/or clarification and/or communication, through interaction with Web services (normally, contact details, such as name, surname, e-mail address); II) Data provided directly by users who subscribe to events organized by Ver Capital, through interaction with Web services (normally, contact details such as name, surname, email address); III) Navigation data, I mean data acquired by computer systems and software procedures for the operation of the website, the communication of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. It is information that by their nature could allow to identify the interested parties. This category includes IP addresses, computer domain names used by users connecting to the website, addresses in URI notation of requested resources, request time, the method used when submitting the request to the server and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. 3. Purpose of the treatment

These data are treated for: a) With reference to the data referred to in point 2.I, in order to provide appropriate feedback to requests for information, assistance or communication; b) With reference to the data referred to in point 2.II, to allow entry to the events selected by the user; 2 c) Subject to specific consent, the data referred to in point 2.I and 2.II may be used to send commercial, promotional, advertising and marketing communications (marketing); d) The data referred to in point 2.III shall be used for the purpose of receiving anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to control its proper functioning.

 

 

4. Methods of Treatment

Data collection is carried out in compliance with the principles of relevance, completeness and non-surplus in relation to the purposes for which they were treated. The processing operations can take place in both paper and computerized form. The data used for the best Marketing activity specified in point 3c), are treated either in traditional mode (paper mail or call with operator) or by mail, SMS, MMS, telefax, automated calls. 5. Categories of recipients: subjects to whom the data may be communicated and/or which may carry out processing operations

6. Data retention period

 The data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the attainment of the purposes for which they are treated. The data referred to in point 2.I and 2.II will be kept for the time strictly necessary to make the requested service. With reference to marketing treatment, the preservation will take place for a period of time deemed to be reasonable due to a balance of interest effected between Ver Capital's legitimate interest in promoting its services, and the interest expressed by the person concerned to receive such information, which is presumed to be current until the person concerned delets his consent. It is always without prejudice to the right of opposition to treatment. The data processed for the purposes of navigation referred to in point 2.III shall be deleted immediately after their processing, unless they are used for the determination of liability in the event of cybercrimes against the site.

 

 

7. Nature of data transfer

The conferral of the data referred to in point 2.I and 2.II for all the purposes referred to in point 3 is optional, however, in the event of non-conferral, the provision of the requested services shall not be possible. The conferral of the data referred to in point 2.III is mandatory and the failure to provide precludes the navigation service.

 

 

8. Rights of the person concerned

The person concerned has the right to: I. Obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and to have access to the personal data processed. II. Obtaining, without delay, the updating, rectification, or, as far as it is interested, the integration of data; III. Obtaining Data deletion: IV. Obtaining the limitation of treatment; V. Ver Capital maintains the data through the use of appropriate safety measures both with regard to the data collected in paper format and those collected in electronic format.
